Take part in a workshop where you’ll have the chance to sample a range of exciting Michelin Star delicacies.
This experience is a great way to get to know the products of the Basque Country. You will have the opportunity to sample a range of dishes, with their ingredients, flavours and culture explained to you by the Chefs.
The gourmet ingredients will be arranged to complement one another, so you will experience the best characteristics of each delicacy, and it is also possible to pair the products with different wines.
A sample menu might include:
- Spanish ham, “jamón ibérico’
- Basque cheese, ‘queso Idiazabal’
- Seafood from the Bay of Biscay with Basque white wine
- Gin and tonic
This experience is for groups of 2 to 20 people with a fixed price for groups up to 10 people. If the group is larger, the price can be adapted.
